Omg Hey, New Members!!

My name is Nancy Caroselli, and I am the Vice President of Learning and Development—which means that you and I will be the absolute besties! I am so excited that you chose Zeta Tau Alpha, and I am beyond honored to have the privilege to introduce to you the sisterhood that has changed my life. Being a new member means a lot of things, but I promise you that I am here to guide you through it all, from meeting the woman you want to be your Big Sister to officially being an active member. I cannot wait for you to meet all the amazing women you can now call your sisters— they are beyond excited to know and love you too!

This process can admittedly be overwhelming, it’s a lot of new information and fast. However, you have a team of women who are willing to help with you any question or concern you have about this process. Through the new member process, you will meet some of the most inspiring women—who will become your support system, your home away from home.
